FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGY STROIMATIC
Advantages of the Stroimatic technology:
- Complies with SP 24.13330-2011 "Pile foundations" in terms of driving accuracy.
- The lowest cost of durable foundations - 2.5 times cheaper than strip foundations.
- The bearing capacity of one pile is up to 60 tons, depending on the type of soil.
- Reinforced concrete piles for the foundation are manufactured at the plant according to GOST 19804-2012.
- Acceleration of construction - fast erection (an average foundation for a house 8 * 8 m is erected in 1-2 days). You can build a house on the day the foundation is erected.
- Universality of the technology - almost any soil, almost any relief and slope, almost any type of building up to 4 floors.
- Compatibility with other technologies in combined types of foundations.
- Wide range of use: foundations, retaining walls, fences, coastal protection, etc.
- Reliability - during the pile driving process, the bearing capacity of the soil increases due to the compaction of the soil under and around the pile.
- Durability - long service life: over 100 years.
- High quality of the foundation and relatively easy quality control of the work (minimum hidden work). Control of the bearing capacity of the pile during its driving.
- All-season work - arrangement of a pile foundation is possible in winter, as well as in permafrost.

Unique foundation construction technology
The Stroimatic technology allows you to build a foundation on driven reinforced concrete piles, which is reliable and demonstrates good technical characteristics in a short time.
The piles are driven into the soil using the STROIMATIC pile driving rig. Thanks to its unique design, the rig can be used in a variety of conditions, independently move through mud, marshy soils, snow, overcome various obstacles on the way to the construction site, and can also be used all year round (from -30 to +40 degrees Celsius).
The Stroimatic rig is a high-performance machine, due to its powerful hydraulic drive and well-thought-out ergonomics, it is capable of driving up to 40 piles in an 8-hour work shift.
